Another Complaint

This week the World Health Organization announced that holding a cell phone to your head 24/7 can cause Cancer, and the media is totally freaking out about it.
Im not a cell-phone user myself. I was never worried about the radiation or anything. I just don't need to be that connected. I have saw over the last 5 years or so cell-phone use has gotten out of hand. I will be sitting around a table with a group of friends and everyone is tapping away on their phones, paying no attention to each other. Needless to say this is annoying and I miss the days when people felt as though the polite thing to do was to excuse yourself to take or make a call. Before texting became mainstream people were better with their phone etiquette. Im hoping that maybe people will start to put down the phones more often now that they are worried about Cancer.
I got off topic there, what I really wanted to discuss was radiation, did you really think that holding something that essentially shoots radioactive waves at your brain was a good idea? Cell phones for safety and convenience are a great thing, but I don't believe they were meant to be glued to your face 24/7.
People are so concerned now about radiation from these phones , the media is telling you to be careful, use a blue-tooth etc. it's all over the news, yet no one is acting the least bit concerned about the radioactive fallout which will inevitably be making it's way around the globe from the Fukushima Diachi nuclear plant. The sea water is now contaminated, the air, the clouds, the milk everything. They still haven't fixed this crap people! Japan has actually made it illegal to take independent radiation measurements and report them, people have been arrested for posting the shit to YouTube. One of Japans top guys in government quit his job, because of corruption in dealing with the fallout. The news only spends  a minute here or there to touch on these subjects. I haven't seen a picture of Japan since the earthquake and tsunami, but this cell-phone story? Everyone is talking about it! Something is really wrong with this picture. This cell-phone story should remind you that just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it isn't there. We are all connected on this planet, you cannot escape the biosphere. Once we ruin this place with our poisonous lifestyles we will have nowhere left to go.
Ok that is all .

I know I haven't been funny in a while on the old blog, but Im still hilarious in real life.
I promise my next post will be humorous.
